Fun Week!

So it's been an interesting week. Last week John got in to see an optometrist. His prescription changed for one of his eyes so we ordered him brand new glasses, which look really good on him. They should be ready to be picked up on Thursday. Then we spent Friday night and the day of Saturday in Wainwright where I came VERY close to blacking out during a garage sale. It was pretty scary. Sunday I stayed home from Church to take care of my friend's daughter so that my friend could go to Church since she's the nursery leader and then John and my brother-in-law, Mike, taught my primary class for me. Yesterday John took the day off of work for all of our appointments. First Caleb got his eyes checked and he is apparently fine for his age, which is good to hear. Then John got fitted for contacts and he fell in love with them. He goes back for his training session for them tonight and then he will be a wearer of contacts. He's very excited! After that we had Wendy's for lunch and dropped Caleb off with Jodi. Then John and I went to my ultrasound appointment. It went well, but the baby had it's legs clamped together, so there was no ever guessing about the gender, which was kind of disappointing. Oh well, at least we know for sure that there is a baby, and only ONE baby, in there. Oh and one other bit of news to report, we have new steps in front of our unit now, YAY! I don't have to make a gigantic leap anymore to get into our house! Anyways, here's the ultrasound photo:
